The Leadership team at Little MillenniumTM are individuals, who have together, shaped the current stature of the institution and led the company to new heights. With their understanding of the education system and forward-thinking minds, they have set new standards in the Indian education industry.

Our leadership team consists of enthusiastic professionals who are alumni of some of the leading educational and management institutions of the world including the IIT’s / IIM’s in India and the Ivy League of the west.

    Mr Shantanu Prakash

    Chairman & Managing Director, Educomp Solutions Ltd

    Founded Educomp Solutions Limited in 1994, after acquiring an MBA degree from IIM, Ahmedabad

    Shantanu’s vision has been to transform the teaching-learning process through the use of technology and best practices.

    Shantanu is the winner of many accolades such as the Data Quest Path Breaker Award, Dare Magazine Entrepreneur of the Year, ET Now Leap of Faith Award, Entrepreneur of the Year at Indian Education Awards, National Awards on Excellence in Education, Wisitex Foundation Educationist of the Decade Award

    He is the Founder and Managing Trustee of the Learning Leadership Foundation (LLF), an organisation dedicated to bringing best practices in education to under- resourced schools.

    Shantanu is a charter member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), an organisation that connects entrepreneurs. He is a frequent speaker in education and business conferences worldwide

    Shantanu loves reading, yoga and counselling youngsters.

    The book 'Stay Hungry Stay Foolish' by Rashmi Bansal chronicles his life journey.

    Mr. Raman Bajaj

    Managing Director, Educomp Child Care Pvt Ltd

    Raman started as a software engineer with Sapient Corporation before pursuing his MBA from IIM Lucknow, graduating in 2004

    After his MBA, Raman moved to London where he worked with in Investment Banking roles at HSBC and at Lazard, focusing on Corporate Finance and Advisory

    In 2008, he returned to India to work in the Education space to fulfil his passion of creating value for young learners

    Raman joined Educomp senior management as Vice President of Corporate Affairs focusing on Corporate Strategy, Joint Ventures & Alliances, New Business Development and Investor Relations.

    Appointed Managing Director of Educomp Child Care Pvt Ltd in June 2013, to expand the Little Millennium chain of preschools

    Dr Bindu Rana

    Director, Research and Development & Educomp Schools

    Bindu has over 25 years of experience and expertise in the field of education

    Bindu heads Educomp’s R&D function and leads a team of over 100 professionals to research, study and create curriculum systems for the new millennium

    Bindu is also the pan India head for Educomp’s Millennium schools, Takshila schools and Universal Academy schools.

    She's an ideator and innovator who wants to turn classrooms in to 'a place of joy'.

    She has created four unique Learning Systems to cater to students of different levels called : Little Millennium’s Seven Petal Curriculum, Millennium Learning System, E- DAC Learning System and the Scaffolding Learning System

    Bindu has created over 200 training programmes and has trained over 1000 teachers

    Bindu is actively involved with various NGOs working for children with special needs, and runs an NGO called ‘Friends Organisation’ that focuses on creating a recreational centre for adults who are differently-abled, she was also associated with UNESCO projects for education of slum children

    Bindu holds four postgraduate degrees in Political Science, Education, Special Education and Upanishad, and she is currently pursuing her fifth postgraduate degree in Bhagwat Gita

    Bindu also has a PhD in ‘Inclusive Education’. She is a Researcher, Counselor, Special Educator, Coach, Lecturer and heads various schools as a director

    “Learning is an ongoing process” is the motto of her life. As a result, Bindu is always open to new ideas and changing ideologies.
