Teacher's Speak

I would like to say that, it is a great pleasure for me that, I have joined "LITTLE MILLENNIUM" as a facilitator. I am really thankful to EDUCOMP and "LITTLE MILLENNIUM" Preschool for giving me such a wonderful opportunity to become a part of it. "LITTLE MILLENNIUM" is really different from any other preschool because of its unique features like its strong curriculum, seven petal approach, Eclectic approach etc. The best part of the school is that it concentrates on the overall development and providing the basic foundation to each and every child which will help them to become a good human being. I would like to thank you all once again for giving me such a great platform.

Little Millennium is a preschool for young minds. Based on the theory that education should begin by grafting and cultivating the aptitude for exercise, play, observation, imitation and construction. The scientifically developed curriculum helps in the child's overall development. The curriculum is designed in such a way that it not only helps the children , but also us, as facilitators to develop and widen our thoughts and understand how to tap the young minds and give them the right direction to become lifelong learners.

I have been working in Little Millennium, Vivekananda Marg for the past 3 years as facilitator. Before joining here I was working as a teacher in another pre-school. In Little Millennium every day comes as a new experience for me.The environment, the method of teaching, the curriculum, the study materials are different from other pre-schools. I feel its main feature is the researched curriculum which fully guides a facilitator to plan and carry out the daily activities as per the lesson plans. We have a very good working atmosphere in our school. Last session we successfully organized the Annual Day of the school. Regular interaction with parents has given me new ideas and has helped boost my confidence. The happiness of being the first teacher of so many little children coupled with the satisfaction of teaching and nurturing them, makes me thank God and believe that the day I joined Little Millennium was one of the most blessed day of my life.

"It is great working for Little Millennium. The atmosphere is homely. The CLO cooperates and encourages doing things innovatively. The curriculum is very helpful as it is well planned and makes teaching easy. The teaching and learning aids at the center are wonderful and help us and the kids to understand the concepts easily. Training sessions held at Educomp office have helped a lot in the preparation of teaching aids and implementation of activities in a different way. Various events and celebrations conducted at the center at regular intervals have got a very positive feedback from parents. Parental participation boosts our spirits. Our ideas and views are taken positively and incorporated well. It has been a wonderful journey till now!!
